One of the most in-demand and versatile saxophonists on the British jazz scene, known for her stunning range and technical brilliance, Alex Clarke brings her powerhouse quartet to the stage. With an ability to effortlessly move between hard bop, contemporary jazz, and more experimental styles, she has garnered a reputation for being both a virtuosic soloist and a sensitive ensemble player. Joining her is Wakefield favourite Dave Newton on piano, a musician of remarkable skill and sensitivity whose fluid, expressive playing has earned him multiple awards and accolades throughout his career.
