Step back in time and discover an impressive display of historic vehicles at the Thornes Park Classic Vehicle Gathering. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Thornes Park, this community event, presented by the Fleur de Lys Classic Vehicle Society and the Friends of CHaT Parks, brings together a wide range of lovingly preserved vehicles for visitors to admire and enjoy.


From classic cars, vintage buses and motorcycles to trucks, steam engines and other heritage vehicles, there’s plenty to explore for enthusiasts and families alike. Visitors are encouraged to relax in the park, enjoy a picnic and take in the unique atmosphere while celebrating local motoring and engineering heritage.
