Led by local artist and wellbeing practitioner, Jo Stevenson, this session invites participants to express themselves freely, find clarity, and nurture a deeper connection to their true selves. This workshop offers a blend of creative exploration and gentle healing, for anyone navigating life transitions. or simply seeking inspiration and self-care.
