Discover Wakefield – Wood Street Guided Walks

Join Wakefield Civic Society member Nichola Marsh for a guided walk looking at the history and architecture of Wood Street, the heart of Wakefield‘s ‘civic quarter’.

The walk will start outside the front of the Town Hall in Wood Street. As a bonus, anyone participating in the walk will receive a free copy of the Society’s book ‘Wood Street: The Heart of Wakefield’.

Each walk will start from outside the Town Hall in Wood Street and should last around 75 minutes – possibly a little longer.
