Elf School, led by Santa’s Helpers of course, is coming to Castleford Market and Pontefract Market. They will offer Christmas crafts for the whole family this winter.

Saturday 29 November | Castleford Market
10am – 3pm
Join Santa’s Helpers for the first festive workshop of the season, where children can choose their elf name, design a badge, and create a Christmas countdown calendar and wooden tree decoration. It’s a joyful way to kick off the holidays and get creative as a family.
Saturday 6 December | Castleford Market
10am – 3pm
Children can make their own vegetable snowman and reindeer, design a gift bag for someone special, and write their letters to Santa. It’s hands-on, heart-warming fun for the whole family.
Saturday 13 December | Castleford Market
10am – 3pm
Elf School is heading into full festive mode! This week, children can create their snowman Christmas cards, festive paper chains and snowflake decorations. It’s imaginative, interactive, and completely free.
Saturday 20 December | Pontefract Market
10am – 3pm
It’s the final Elf School of the season, and we’re going out with a festive bang! Children can mix up a batch of reindeer food ready for Santa’s visit and craft their own Santa Searcher binoculars to help spot the big man himself.
It’s the perfect way to celebrate the countdown to Christmas with crafts, laughter, and a little bit of elf magic.
