About
In this colourful evening workshop at Lakeside Creative Arts Centre, you will create your own hand stitched and embellished filled heart design on fabric. Embroidery artist Jessica Grady will show you how to start your design, choose the stitches and colours to fill in your shape, and also pass on her tips and tricks for creating outlines, adding bead and sequin details and finishing the design to create an appliqué patch or artwork. Jessica will provide all materials including a treasure trove of varied threads, ribbons, wools and cords for adding texture and colour to your hand stitching.
This workshop is suitable for all abilities with no prior stitching experience necessary.
Maximum number of participants is 12.
