Wend your way to Wakefield Museum for a whimsical workshop to create your own fairy doors!
Open the door and step into the past at this enchanting workshop celebrating the stories behind some of the museum’s collection of interesting doors.
Discover the mysterious story of Dame Mary Bolles of Heath Old Hall and the ‘haunted door’, and the imposing old door used in Wakefield Prison.
Then get creative as you craft a charming fairy door to add a touch of magic to your garden, a fairy flair to your home or give as a very special gift to a child or other loved one.
Tickets are only £6.75, and this includes all materials and instruction, as well as light refreshments.
Please note, this workshop is suitable for people aged 16+

What’s the refund policy?
Refunds are only available for cancellations up to 7 days before the event.
