Lucy Ndlovu, Director of Progressive Talent CIC  said: “This is an exciting time for us as we join to celebrate a year long programme of culture and the rich heritage of Wakefield district. This year’s  Black History  Month theme is Reclaiming Narratives, and we wanted to honour our culture and showcase our diversity in Wakefield and beyond. Fusion Fest is about celebrating the contributions of Black culture to our society. We’ve curated an event that not only showcases the talents of Black artists, chefs, and performers but also invites the community to engage, learn, and celebrate together.”
