Identifying birds: 10am – 10:30am, booking required

Ilbert and the Case of the Missing Eggs: 10am – 11am, booking required


Join an interactive storytelling session with Story Trails. Can you help Ilbert find the missing eggs? (Fees apply)

Don’t forget to collect your free dragon egg trail from the gift shop too! It’s open from 10am. 


SEND families are always welcome at all Pontefract Castle activities. The team are also running sessions for visitors who may benefit from a more relaxed atmosphere. These sessions will be bookable with reduced numbers.


Drop-in versions of all of these activities will be running from 11am to 3pm on the same day.
