About
Join professional jeweller Genevieve Broughton at The Art House to create your own silver pendant necklace by learning the basics of metalsmithing and some jewellery making techniques.
You’ll be able to get to grips with jewellery tools and, choosing from a range of geometric designs, you will create your own unique pendant necklace.
Working in a group of up to 8 participants, you will be able to gain in depth guidance from your teaching artist, to maximise your learning and develop your jewellery-making skills.
Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for beginners, no experience is needed, it’s a great introduction to basic jewellery making techniques.
Do I need to bring anything?
All materials and tools are included, please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty or bring your own apron.
Please note that hammering silver can be quite a noisy process, we will provide ear plugs you can use or feel free to bring your own ear defenders if you have them.
