Join professional jeweller Genevieve Broughton at The Art House to create your own silver wrap ring.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some basic knowledge, this workshop will guide you step-by-step through the process of making your own beautiful silver ring.
You will be able to choose from a range of designs and then get to grips with some commonly used jewellery tools as you form your ring. Once you’re ready, you’ll decide whether to go for a classic or textured finish to complete your ring.
Working in an intimate group, you’ll have plenty of time with your teaching artist to help you maximise your skill development and learning.
Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for beginners, no experience is needed, it’s a great introduction to basic jewellery making techniques.
Do I need to bring anything?
All materials and tools are included, please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty or bring your own apron. Please note that hammering silver can be quite a noisy process, we will provide ear plugs you can use or feel free to bring your own ear defenders if you have them.
