About
Families are invited to join us for this special workshop at Wakefield Museum as we celebrate the history of rhubarb growing in our region! Each family will mix together the ingredients for a tasty rhubarb crumble that they can take home to bake.
Families will also imagine that they are going to start their own rhubarb crumble businesses and create ‘company brands’, designing eye-catching logos and colourful paper packaging!
This workshop is suitable for families with children of all ages and has been designed to provide opportunities for families to learn new skills and have fun together!
This workshop will take place in the Wakefield Museum Learning Zone which is located on the Upper Ground Floor of the Wakefield One building. All materials will be provided. All ingredients used will be gluten and lactose free and suitable for a vegan diet.
Adults will be required to wear face coverings where possible.
