About
Join the team for Museum Meet-Up at Wakefield Museum once a month on Saturdays for the chance to meet new people, learn about your local area and get hands-on with some creative fun!
Each month explores a different craft, whilst having the opportunity to chat and enjoy a brew and a biscuit!
Saturday 19 September:
Have a go at making clay pots inspired by 18th century ceramics from the museum collection. This activity has always been a popular one since Wakefield Museum started their meet-up group!
Saturday 10 October:
Have a go at making a note book inspired by some of the amazing paperwork from the collection.
Saturday 16 November:
Find out about oak gall ink and have a go at making your own brushes to use with oak gall ink.
