Enjoy a creative day designing and producing your own landscape by needle felting at The Art House.
From coastal scenes to countryside views, you will have the freedom to build up the layers of your own picture. You will start with using a neutral coloured pre-felt as your base layer and work on top adding additional details throughout the day.
You will be given support and guidance throughout the workshop by Agnis Smallwood to help you realise your outcome, through group demonstrations as well as one to one support. You will have access to a colourful palette of wool fibres as well as all the equipment needed for use during the session. Some dexterity with your hands is required for this workshop.
Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with previous textile skills who would like to learn the process of needle-felting.
Do I need to bring anything?
All equipment will be provided for you. You may wish to bring some lunch along with you, or you can order light lunches on site from the delicious Coffee House.
