OAP free day is back at Pontefract Races for another year!

Anyone aged 60 and over can apply for a free ticket on Monday 14th April into the Grandstand and Paddock Enclosure in advance via the Pontefract Racecourse website.

Experience an afternoon of thrilling racing at one of Yorkshire’s most traditional racecourses! You’ll get a warm, friendly, Yorkshire welcome from the team at Pontefract, so come and enjoy a great day out!

Hospitality options are plentiful and include bespoke business packages, private boxes and shared facilities.

Tickets can be purchased in advance via the Pontefract Racecourse website or on the day at the gate, both cash and card accepted.

U18s race FREE! This applies to every enclosure on every race day. There are discounts available for OAPs, Blue Light Card Holders and Students, as well as for advance bookings.

There is step-free access to all of the enclosures and lifts giving access to all floors in the stands.  Personal assistants are admitted free of charge and there are accessible toilets in all enclosures and viewing ramps in every area.
