About

Discover the history of the National Coal Mining Museum and the mining industry through poems and stories.

Learn from the Museum’s friendly volunteers about the history of NCMME and the mining industry through poetry. This guided walk will highlight ten significant spots on site, with resident Volunteer poet, Dave, reciting a poem written for the walk or a famous mining poem relating to that aspect of the site.
