There is a poet inside all of us, find yours with this free workshop at WX Wakefield Exchange.


Poet Tim Brooke’s is a firm believer that there is no right or wrong way to write – it’s all about finding your voice. Join Tim for this one-off poetry workshop that will help you do just that. In this two hour free workshop, you’ll explore techniques to get the creativity flowing, providing an inclusive and safe environment for you to discover your inner poet.


Tim runs Under the Lobby Lights (previously Getting Gobby in the Lobby) spoken word night in Wakefield. He also supports other writers in Wakefield and the South Leeds area through the WordFolk writing collaborative that he runs with his friend and fellow poet Faye Marshall.
