An opportunity to see how the town has changed in the last 100 years, and to participate in bringing back your memories of how Pontefract used to be.


Photographs shown will be part of the Local Studies collection at Pontefract Library. Duration 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Maximum 50 attendees. Please meet 5 minutes before start time.

This is part of Pontefract Civic Society’s 50-strong programme of in person and online events which has been created with the support of partners, host venues, guides & speakers. This is the biggest Heritage Open Days programme that Pontefract has ever seen, and a booklet can also be collected from a number of locations in the town centre.
