It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and what festive season would be complete without a visit to the Big Man himself? Arrive at our Christmas grotto at least half an hour before the time on your ticket to take advantage of our fun reindeer trail – and look for Santa’s missing reindeer around our store. Once you’ve found them all, you will be rewarded for your help with a chocolate lolly! When you hear your number called, make your way to Santa’s grotto entrance, where our elves will let you in to the Winter Wonderland.
You will get to take a souvenir photograph, and have a private family audience with Santa Claus himself, so you can tell him what you have put on your Christmas list – and promise that you’ve been very good! At the end of your visit, you will receive a wonderful, age- appropriate gift from either our Jellycat or award-winning Gifts in a Tin range.
Afterwards, you can go outside and pick your own freshly cut Christmas tree, warm up with some festive treats in our café or simply admire our beautifully decorated Christmas tree avenue.
Tickets cost £20 per child and include one gift, one reindeer trail with chocolate lollipop and one souvenir photograph. Babies under 18 months accompanying older children through the grotto can enter free of charge, but can only receive a gift, photo and chocolate if a ticket is paid for. There is no additional charge for accompanying adults.
