Create your own masterpiece, in a fun-filled shaggy dog painting workshop with professional step-by-step guidance at the Swan and Cygnet Wakefield. No experience required.


These fun-filled art sessions are a great way to meet new likeminded people in a creative and relaxed environment.


Even if you haven’t touched a pencil since primary school, with  step-by-step guidance of professional local artist Joyce Buzeman of BuzemanArt,  you will create your very own masterpiece. Also, when you are more experienced, we assure you will go away with new paint tips and paint ideas.


We provide all the paint, brushes a 30 x 40cm canvas and other materials that are required. All you need is a to turn up with a good dose of enthusiasm. Why not bring your friends, family or colleagues?


Our aim is to unleash your own painting style and encourage you if needed. It’s your masterpiece and at the end your paintings will all be unique to you.  At the end you will have the chance to admire everyone else’s, before taking your piece home show it off to everyone or maybe wrap it up as a personal gift.


Painting is relaxing and takes you away from your daily worries! It's proven to relieve stress and depression. Its therefore great for mindfulness and wellbeing. Our workshops are therefore great for corporate wellbeing events as well as the perfect gift, lady-days’, hen nights or corporate events.


HOW DOES IT WORK?



  • Easy step by step guidance to paint the painting you've signed up for when booking the workshop- Materials are all provided

  • Add your personal touch and creativity in the finishing phase using different techniques and colours.

  • Enjoy your results and others during the session.

  • Take your creation home or give it to someone special.

  • Group size maximum 12 people.
