The Wheel of the Year – Autumn

LoFi Alchemists are inviting you to join The Wheel of the Year, a series of four creative gatherings where you can make seasonal art in a private outdoor space using found, foraged and collected natural materials.

The Wheel of the Year workshops will be guided by the four seasons, focussing on a different plant for each session.

All the materials and beverages will be provided, but you are invited to bring your own packed lunch, foraged natural materials, garden gloves and a pair of secateurs if you are able.

Come to one session or all four – either is fine. These sessions will take place in a covered outdoor space with fire pit and cauldron.

Some of the activities will include:

• Making your own art tools using available natural materials

• Exploring the local green spaces.

• Learning how to make our own inks and dyes using seasonal plants and herbs as our ancestors did.

• Drawing and sketching using natural earth pigments.
