What does Wakefield mean to you? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your very own embroidered heart badge using a mix of drawing, collage, and stitching techniques – inspired by the bold colours and community stories in Jason and the Wakefield Adventure.
Led by a local artist, this session invites participants of all ages to celebrate the people, places, and patterns they love most about life in the Wakefield area. You’ll design a unique wearable artwork that reflects your own connection to local heritage.
All materials provided. No experience needed – just bring your creativity and pride in where you live!
