About
The Wakefield Railway Modellers’ Society are pleased to present their 60th Model Railway Show! As one of the leading model railway clubs in the north, the society has over 18 with at least 3 layouts making their first public showing. The layouts cover all the major model railway scales representing the pre group period of the 1910s to present day.
The layouts have been drawn from across the country to supplement club-based examples of model railway modelling. Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends will be on hand giving visitors opportunity to drive the trains around a layout.
The small fee charged for this layout are donated to Wakefield Hospice, the charity partner for the show. There is good trade support, including the society’s own second hand stall, covering all your modelling needs from local and national providers.
A full list of exhibitors and traders can be found here.
