Back for it’s third year, Wakefield Walkies is heading to Newmillerdam Country Park, finishing at The Pledwick Inn in October.

After the walk at The Pledwick Inn you are invited to stay around to join in with more activities including:- dog show and prizes, judges, have-a-go agility sessions, food and drink, music, stalls and demonstration stands.

All walkers will receive a free doggy goody bag and finishers gift on the day, including a branded bandana!

ANYONE is welcome to join for this year’s walk – whether you are a pet owner or not. If you are bringing a playful pooch, then please keep them on a lead at all times and don’t forget the waste bags!

Every penny raised will continue to provide care for our patients and families. When you book onto Wakefield Walkies you will be automatically given a fundraising page, Wakefield Hospice are asking you and your canine companions to raise a minimum of £20 sponsorship.
