To celebrate Christmas our partner Wakefield BID is turning the city centre into a Winter Wonderland and bringing an enchanted snow maze to Wakefield!
The snow maze will be created in the centre of Wakefield, in front of the Cathedral, running Saturday 3rd, and Sunday 4th of December.
This maze will be snow and light-covered to create a magical mood for visitors. Visitors will work their way around the maze to find hidden treats from local business on the walls in stockings hung from the maze.
Outside the maze visitors will find picnic benches and a selfie swing dressed in foliage, ivy, and lights to create a stunning backdrop for the perfect Christmas selfie.
To bring the maze to life nutcracker elves and characters will be in the maze, to guide visitors around and give directions.
