Inspired by Andy Holden’s sculpture The Auguries (Last Calls), make your own colourful, personalised ‘Wiser Bird’ with a message for Wakefield and the wider world.


Whether sad, hopeful, silly, poignant, poetic or surreal, write your message on your bird and see it join the flock to take flight as part of the finale event The Gathering, or take it home to flutter in your window.


This event takes place in Wakefield Cathedral‘s Treacy Hall and is free and open to all, no booking necessary.
