Please note that over the summer there is a £10 charge per car for the summer offer, which includes the beach, car parking and unlimited rides on the Paddy Train.

From the start of the school holidays, visit and explore Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Leeds’s shaded beach (near M&S) complete with its own beach hut. What’s more, they’re throwing a wonderfully traditional summer celebration and inviting you to join in some craft workshops in August. Did we mention it’s completely free to enter? It’s the perfect place for a day of family fun – or somewhere to take the kids when they’re bored of shopping!

A little piece of the seaside is coming to Nostell this summer with a pop-up beach experience. For two weeks this summer, the vista transforms into a pop-up beach experience. Sit back and relax on deck chairs or build a sandcastle with one of the bucket and spades with a taste of the seaside right here at Nostell.

Come along to Purston Park for a fun-filled afternoon at the seaside! Expect giant sandpit, donkey rides, giant games and much more. Sun, hopefully. Sand, definitely!

Hemsworth Water Park is somewhere for the whole family to get out and enjoy themselves. Little visitors will love building sandcastles on the beach and jumping, sliding and swinging in the outdoor adventure playground. Jump on a pedalo for a delightful boat ride around the main lake.  Plus, if you’ve forgotten your bucket and spade you can always call in to the Beach Shop which stocks everything you need for a day on the sand – including ice creams of course!
