About
Unlock a new world of reading at Featherstone Library! With access to a wide range of books (and more!) for all ages and a children’s section from toddler to teenager, there is something for everyone to delve in to.
If history’s your thing, there’s a great local and family history collection to help you discover tales from the past. Perhaps you’ll find a family connection with the nearby Featherstone War Horse? Featherstone Library also hosts a programme of weekly activities for all ages.
This venue is talking part in Wakefield Council’s Seed Collection campaign for 2023! To take part, collect any conkers, acorns, sweet chestnuts, and beech nuts that you see on the ground or on the trees, and then drop your collected seeds into the seed bin.
