A Taste Of The South

For the ultimate authentic feast, tuck into the Smokehouse selection, cooked low ‘n’ slow to perfection. From the 16 hour smoked Texas-style brisket to the Memphis-style baby back ribs. If you’re looking for a bit of variety then the new BBQ trays are a must. Or for when you can’t decide and just want to try it all, go for the the smokehouse platter, AKA the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover!

For the ‘non-smokers’ check out one of our mouthwatering mac ‘n’ cheese dishes, warmin’ gumbos or cedar plank roasted salmon. Or if a burger is more your style then the go big or go home is the one for you!

Your favourite weekday deals are back! Get ready to dig in Monday-Thursday from 3pm!

Mondays | Steak & Shake – £11.99

A 6oz flame grilled prime rump steak with house pepper sauce and skin-on fries. Served with a classic Hickory’s milkshake – choose from vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.

Tuesdays | Big Chicken Bucket – £12.99

Southern fried chicken, popcorn chicken bites, Cajun battered wings. Served with BBQ pit beans, house slaw, magic-dusted corn, Hickory’s gravy and skin-on fries

Wednesdays | Texas Hold ‘Em – £15.99

Hot-honey fried chicken tacos and smoky pork butt quesadilla. Served with gumbo loaded tater tots, topped with jalapeños and scallions.

Thursday | BBQ Blowout – £19.99

Memphis style baby back ribs, southern fried chicken, BBQ glazed chicken wings, hand pulled pork, BBQ pit beans and Hickory smoked pork, jalapeño and cheese sausage. Served with skin-on fries and slaw.

The kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of parents and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, to smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too!
