Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, Hickory’s in Horbury learnt all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters across the region. From a menu bursting with smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, to a team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders and sensational servers – they’re all about rolling out that warm Southern hospitality!

They’ve got a super inviting space for all the family, a neighbourhood bar for soda sippin’, cocktail concoctions and more, as well as a secluded garden. Hickory’s specially designed kids menu, cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep little ones entertained too! They’re open and smokin’ from 12pm ’til 11pm Monday – Friday and 10am ’til 11pm Saturday and Sunday.

Start the day the Hickory’s way! Whether you’re craving for a stack of fluffy Homemade Pancakes, a hearty and authentic Ranch Style Eggs, or dare to conquer the Ultimate XXL Muffin – Hickory’s have got you covered! Why not wash it all down with a bottomless ‘Cup Of Joe’ for just £2.50 – the perfect caffeine kick.

A Taste Of The South

For the ultimate authentic feast, tuck into the Smokehouse selection, cooked low ‘n’ slow to perfection. From the 16 hour smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs or why not take on The Smokehouse Platter – the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover! Or for the ‘non-smokers’ why not check out one of our mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes or Chicken Fried Waffle, or if a burger is more your vibe then the Go Big Or Go Home is the one for you!

Whether you’re planning on stopping by for after-work beers or pre-dinner cocktails, consider Hickory’s bar your laid-back local hangout. From Homemade Milkshakes, Sodas and Lemonades to Frozen and Signature Cocktails and Southern Spritz range, plus an extensive spirits collection (including over 25 Bourbons!) – so whatever you’re sippin’, they’ve got you covered.

For the young ‘uns….

The kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of Mums, Dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, to smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too!
