Welcome to ‘Bootique’. The team are passionate about delivering design led high quality short term accommodation. Opened in 2021, this contemporary and cutting edge accommodation is here to disrupt the market of short term stays in Wakefield. Offering guests high end luxury comfort and style at affordable prices. It’s all part of the extra mile that the team go to to make your stay a ‘home from home’ experience! Ideally situated for the city and quick access to/from the motorways.

Bootique House consists of six unique luxury suites, all individually designed and has a large communal kitchen and separate laundry. Sleeps up to 12. Each suite is equipped with its own individually designed bathroom, complete with power shower, along with a 50” SMART TV and desk for those that are on business.

Bootique Loft Apartment is  a self-contained open plan maisonette, sleeping up to 4 via a double bed and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with washer/dryer and premium Nespresso coffee machine!
