Sandal Castle is the Wakefield district's first fully dementia friendly library with a layout including subtle design features which are specifically incorporated to make it easier for people living with dementia to use.
There is also a reminiscence lounge with a local history slideshow for all to enjoy. Don't forget to get involved in the programme of weekly events taking place for all ages.
