The Hepworth Wakefield Gallery Café use local suppliers which ensures that they are able to provide the freshest and highest quality ingredients for all dishes and drinks.
By sourcing many of the ingredients locally, they are able to reduce our carbon footprint, support local farmers and businesses, and promote sustainability as well as contributing to the community.
Using local suppliers allows the team to create a unique and constantly evolving menu that reflects the seasons and the changing availability of ingredients. This means that they are able to offer customers a truly authentic and fresh dining experience throughout the year.
