About
The White Horse inn is owned and run by Neil and Caroline White along with friendly staff. A traditional old English country pub serving very popular dishes such as homemade steak pie and braising steak and dumplings. There is also a daily specials board with the chef's personal favourites ranging from fish dishes to beef Wellington.
Food is served daily from 12 noon till 8:30pm Monday to Saturday. A 3 course Sunday lunch is served 12 noon till 6pm with the main menu available from 3pm.
The Inn has a beautiful setting with sweeping views over rolling countryside and it is easily accessible being halfway between Wakefield and Pontefract.
