The property boasts two bedrooms situated on the first floor: the master bedroom offers a plush double bed and Smart TV. On the same floor there is also a twin bedroom and delightful family bathroom which is equipped with a shower over the bath.

On the ground floor there is the very comfortable living area with a large fireplace, woodburner and Smart TV giving a great place to relax after a day exploring.

The enclosed garden/patio is separate from the cottage and is an ideal place to sit out, take in the views, fire up the barbecue and have a drink alfresco style in the summer sun.

Woodpecker Cottage is just a stone’s throw from Yorkshire Sculpture Park, and a short drive from the National Coal Mining Museum and Wakefield city centre itself.
