Baking session: 11:15am – 12:45pm
Make your own bread dough with medieval techniques to finish at home.*
Sweet treats session: 1:30pm – 3:00pm
Mix up something sweet to share (or not!) based on historic recipes.*
Limited capacity: first-come, first-served.
This activity is designed for teenagers aged 12 to 16. Accompanying adults are welcome, but not essential.
