About

Wakefield District Cycle Forum are offering those who are new or returning to cycling the chance to build their confidence by offering easy, led, fully supported, small group rides.


Meet at St Swithuns Community Centre for a mainly off-road ride. Average pace is between 8 and 10mph, and bike hire is available by emailing info@cycling-wakefield.org.uk.


Children under 16 welcome if accompanied by an adult. All rides are free.


Easy rides from St Swithun’s, on the 2nd Saturday of each month, will use a variety of local routes but will always be an easy-going ride of less than ten miles, with the option of a cafe stop. We cycle as a group and don’t leave anyone behind.
