Garden Play returns on Monday 1 April 2024. Every Saturday and Sunday during term time. Every day in the Wakefield school holidays. 11am-4pm.
This spring, come and play in The Hepworth Wakefield Garden. Stack, build, experiment, draw and imagine with your family in the open air. Be inspired by the garden’s artworks and plants, the weather and buildings around you. No need to book, just turn up and play.
Garden Play was developed in collaboration with children and staff from The Castle Nursery, artist Steph Jefferies and architects Studio Polpo with support from the Liz and Terry Bramall Foundation.
Suitable for families with children aged 0 – 12 years old.
FREE for all to take part (you do not need to buy a ticket to the gallery).
