About
Through its long and bloody past, Pontefract Castle has been the prison for some of the most important figures in history. Some such as Richard II are well known, others less so, but their stories are equally as fascinating. Join us for a talk on the life and times of these key players in history, and what events led to their being held prisoner here at the castle.
This talk is for adults (16+) and is free; however, booking is recommended as places are limited.
Please be aware this event will take place in the Visitor Centre at Pontefract Castle.
