About
Visit Appletree Community Garden this summer for an Open for Everyone fun day! They’ll be celebrating their diverse community with a range of activities, including crafts and board games, herbal tea tasting, children’s play, henna, and more.
Open yourself up to the beneficial properties of plants! The herbal tea sessions are a great opportunity to get to know the history and usage of some commonly grown and found plants.
For younger gardeners, you’ll be engaging in a variety of garden duties – from sowing, to planting and harvesting – so the whole family can get involved.
The team will also be offering regular tours around the garden for those who’d like to learn a little more about the garden and the things they do at Appletree Community Garden.
