Pontefract Castle’s biggest classical event returns for 2024!
Enjoy a magnificent evening of music and light as the team proudly present the West Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra. Bring along friends and loved ones to listen to moving melodies as the sun goes down over the Castle. The concert will end with a fantastic firework finale.
Bring a picnic or enjoy fantastic food and drink from local traders and settle in for an unforgettable evening outside. A big screen relays all the action and the grass auditorium is wheelchair accessible with the option to let the Pontefract Castle team know if you need an accessible spot reserving for you.
Suitable for all the family, but younger people may prefer Musicals at the Castle the following day.
