WheelFest is a car meeting with a difference!
It’s more than cars, it’s anything with a wheel: vintage, classic, American, performance, custom, emergency vehicles, your own pride and joy, commercial and agricultural, bikes and scooters, and even model railways.
What’s more, it’s free to visit!
There’ll be a pop up stage with entertainment all day, kids rides and stalls selling a variety of goods.
As this event is two days after the 80th Anniversary of D Day, Ropergate will be animated as a 1940’s zone with exhibits and entertainment.
This event is being run by volunteers from Pontefract Civic Society, a charity, with the permission and partnership of Wakefield Council.
In order to manage WheelFest’s display zones, vehicle owners need to book space in advance by emailing info@pontefractcivicsociety.org.uk for a booking form.
