Yorkshire Heritage Family Day

The Yorkshire Heritage Family Day is the first Sunday meeting of the season at Pontefract Racecourse, takes place in June and is a great day out for all the family!

Alongside 7 fantastic races the racecourse will host a Yorkshire themed festival. Think Yorkshire puddings, face painting, hunt the golden horseshoe, kids rides, bus trips to the start and a flat caps all in one day – this meeting will be one to remember!

We encourage children, parents and grandparents to come together on these special family days for a wonderful day out, so dig out your flat caps and dust off your best summer dresses, this Sunday meeting will be one to remember!

Family Tickets are available which includes 2x Grandstand and Paddock tickets and Under 18s for £28. These tickets can only be booked in advance. Click the ‘Family Ticket’ option in the checkout.

There is also the Sunday Special Package available for the Yorkshire Heritage Family Day which allows you to enjoy admission to the Premier Enclosure, Racecard, a table for the day and a 2 course carvery!
