This state-of-the-art leisure centre boasts a 6-lane, 25-metre swimming pool, offering a host of classes, including both adult and junior lessons, as well as sessions for joints and mobility. In addition, Minsthorpe Leisure features a brand-new 60-station gym, where you can take part in a wide variety of exercise and training, including cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, functional fitness and much more. T
he centre offers both individual workouts and small group fitness sessions. There’s even a Junior Gym, so that little ones can keep fit and healthy, too!
In addition, the centre’s multi-function studio space allows visitors to take part in a number of fitness classes, including aerobiking, Zumba, body combat, boxercise, Pilates and many more.
