The Rustic Arms is a family friendly country pub in Ackworth, Pontefract. Enjoy home cooked meals set in a beautiful gardens overlooking a fishing lake.
It’s a place rich in history, where Cromwell’s men and horses strode, where the mail coaches leaving the great north road raced over the hill to Point West and North.
Some locals say that if you pause and listen, really listen (especially at night), you can feel the magic of the place.
Throughout the year, Ant and Jonny hold popular events such as Easter Egg Hunts, Bonfire Nights and live entertainment. Special dining nights are also held with specialised food, such as Italian nights as well as the usual St. Valentine’s and Christmas menus.
