Children aged 6+ and their families are invited to join Wakefield Museum to investigate Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs.
Learn what hieroglyphs are and take a close look at some real Ancient Egyptian artefacts!
Follow a fun hieroglyph decoding trail around the museum.
Create your own hieroglyph bookmark on papyrus paper like the sort used in Ancient Egypt.
This workshop is delivered in partnership with the Community & Family Learning Team at Wakefield Council’s Adult Education Service.

Tickets £2.50 per child, accompanying adults free.
