Celebrate the Autumn Equinox by joining our monoprinting workshop, where we will be admiring the beauty of nature through artistic experimentation.

Using leaves and natural ephemera that we will collect from our urban onsite orchard, you will create your own beautiful artworks while learning the printing process as you go. Once all finished, you will take home a unique series of A4 and A5 prints created on recycled cartridge paper.

Who is the workshop for?

This course is aimed at beginners, so don’t worry if you’ve never done printmaking before! It is also suitable if you have some previous experience but would like to try a new technique and gain some new inspiration.

Do I need to bring anything?

All materials are provided for this course, although you are welcome to collect any interesting leaves or relatively flat natural objects to experiment with in the session. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy as we will be working with oil based ink. Sensible footwear with a covered toe should be worn in the print studio.
