Recent Beans Wakefield is the city centre roastery from Castleford-based coffee aficionados Recent Beans.
Recent Beans believe coffee is a fresh product and should be treated like one. Coffee beans taste good for two months after roasting but in the first two weeks a great coffee tastes magical. Some coffee beans can spend months or years on a shelf before being consumed.
Their coffee is roasted the morning after they receive your order and is posted that afternoon, that’s what sets them apart.
Roasting 100% speciality-grade, ethically sourced, arabica coffee beans, the coffee from here is the freshest, highest-quality cup of coffee possible.
Worried you might run out of your favourite? Check out their subscription offers on their website and they’ll provide you with ethically-sourced, freshly roasted coffee, delivered direct to your door, however often you need it.
