Wool n Stuff is a large yarn and craft shop located in the heart of Wakefield. Find them on the cathedral precinct between Boots and Iceland.
The shop is often described as a sweet shop it’s absolutely stacked high with yarn and supplies and you won’t know where to look first, you will literally walk in and go wow. Wool n Stuff might look small on the outside but they’re definitely bigger on the inside!
A massive range of yarn and patterns are stocked from well known suppliers such as King Cole, Stylecraft, Rico and West Yorkshire Spinners. As well as craft supplies, cross stitch kits, fabric, haberdashery, beads, macramé, needle felting supplies and so much more. There’s also an extensive gift range.
Wool n Stuff run a knit n natter session twice a week on a Tuesday 12:30pm to 2:30 pm and Saturday 10am to 12 noon. Both sessions are free to attend and any craft is welcome. They also run a range of craft workshops so if your looking to learn a new skill such as crochet or you want to fine tune your skills, we will have a workshop for you.
