The Rhubarb Festival is the place to be for a full weekend of family fun with activities, street entertainment and workshops!
Expect street entertainment from the Wakefield Morris Dancers and keep a look out for Ruby Rhubarb and the Flat Cap Brass Band who will be roaming the streets of Wakefield to keep you entertained.
There will also be an array of free children activities. Join Be Amazing Arts for face painting, craft activities, storytelling and performing arts sessions. Head to Treacy Hall (next to Wakefield Cathedral) for cupcake decorating, fondant modelling and lots more fun and games including pin the leaf on the rhubarb.
