Wakefield Live debuted in September 2022. It is an accessible, multi arts festival in the centre of Wakefield. It runs from the morning late into the evening and all aspects of it are free to attend, with a focus on family friendly activity.
Anywhere can be a venue; from music venues and theatres, to cafes, pubs, shops and the streets themselves. And pretty much anything can be a performance. Live music, comedy, theatre – anything goes!
This event was supported with funding with a Culture Grant by Wakefield Council.
